Sometimes it’s as easy as this. Just do the hard thing. .
It’s not fun. It’s not pretty. You may be anxious and a ball of nerves about it but it just needs to get done.
It could be something that you’re starting like a workout routine, meal prepping, having a difficult conversation, or participating in your marriage again.
Or maybe something you’re cutting out like gossip, alcohol, fast food, excess spending or social media.
No matter how big or small it is HARD to change patterns and behaviors. You have put in time to making these habits or excusing away why you haven’t had them already.
And sometimes it just boils down to this very simple statement. We can do hard things. .
