Why this exists
Most women don’t avoid the gym because they don’t care about their health and longevity. They avoid it because the environment feels overwhelming, unfamiliar, or intimidating. That anxiety builds quickly, and once it does, even the best intentions fall apart.
Your Gym Class Bestie is here for you because confidence doesn’t come from knowing more. It comes from inside you and by having support while you do the hard part.

How it works
We start with a 15-minute welcome call to make sure this feels like a good fit for both of us. This is a low-pressure conversation where you can share what you’re hoping for, what feels hard right now, and ask any questions.

If it feels aligned, we move into a longer planning call where we walk through your lifestyle, schedule, past experiences, fears, and preferences. From there, I help you choose classes that actually make sense for you, create a simple plan, and remove the mental load of figuring it all out.

Depending on the level of support you choose, I attend one or many classes with you to help you feel comfortable walking in, knowing what to expect, and staying grounded. The goal is confidence and independence, so you eventually don’t need me there.

Your Gym Bestie
If you’ve ever bought a gym membership and stopped going, stood in a parking lot talking yourself out of a class, or felt paralyzed by too many options, you’re not alone. The problem isn’t effort. It’s lack of support at the starting line.

Your Gym Class Bestie fills that gap. I help you move from overthinking to action, from anxiety to confidence, and from “I should go” to actually going.

I’ve spent years leading and supporting hundreds of women in fitness classes. I’ve heard the fears, the hesitation, and the overwhelm that come up when it’s time to try something new or walk into a space that feels unfamiliar. I’ve also lived it myself. There have been seasons where I didn’t want to go alone, where the idea of walking in by myself felt heavier than the workout. Once, I even sat in the parking lot and left because I didn’t have anyone to meet me there.
I’ve been on both sides of this, which is why I understand it so deeply. There’s nothing wrong with you if this feels hard. Sometimes all you need is someone next to you at the beginning. With the right support, confidence builds quickly and soon, you won’t need me there at all. You’ll walk in on your own, knowing you belong, and ready to soar.
Clients are responsible for the cost of their own gym memberships, class fees, and any related dues.
