A wife, mom and stepmom, motivational speaker, gym owner, and women's mind and body coach, Alecia understands the many roles and missions that drive her clients.
She has a deep love of 90’s rap music, which pairs nicely with her six kids and mom car! When her bass is not bumping, you’ll find her listening to books or a podcast, gathering information and tools to better serve her clients. Serving women lights her fire almost as much as Tupac does!
Alecia is a graduate of the UW Madison Certified Professional Coach program, is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, is certified in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 Training and is an ACE certified personal trainer.

Where are sessions located?
There are three options for coaching. We can meet at my office, have a phone session or zoom video chats.
