Alecia Jacobson

Women's Mind and Body Coach

Alecia Jacobson’s passion is helping women uncover their hidden strength and power and discover their inner badass. At her gym and in her coaching programs Alecia creates safe space for her clients to learn and grow, building on a foundation of strength and freedom.
A wife, mom and stepmom, gym owner, and women's mind and body coach, Alecia understands the many roles and missions that drive her clients.
She has a deep love of 90’s rap music, which pairs nicely with her six kids and mom car! When her bass is not bumping, you’ll find her listening to books or a podcast, gathering information and tools to better serve her clients. Serving women lights her fire almost as much as Tupac does!
Alecia is a graduate of the UW Madison Certified Professional Coach program, is certified in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 Training and is an ACE certified personal trainer.

"Coaching with Alecia has been wonderful for me in order to create a reasonable work life balance and advance my career. I felt like I was working really hard, but not being able to actually get any things checked off my list. I seemed to be putting out everyone else's fires, but not getting to my own work. Alecia talked me through a great way to organize and prioritize my work to-do list. If I have it written down, I don't stress and stay awake thinking about all the things I need to get done tomorrow. This has helped me feel better about finishing work at a reasonable hour, while also accomplishing more during my workday. I have far less guilt because I am able to get more work done, plus I am able to turn off work at the end of the day which has had great benefits on my family life."
