If you've found yourself stuck in the cycle of starting and stopping, struggling to follow through on your plans, or feeling overwhelmed by it all, JumpStart is here to help!
Over the span of 6-8 weeks, we'll work together, in one specific area, to provide you with the boost you need to JumpStart your journey towards achieving your goals.
Right from the start, we'll craft an action plan tailored to fit your life, making sure it will with you and not against you. Together, we'll consider potential roadblocks and develop strategies to overcome them.
Throughout the program, you'll benefit from built-in accountability, support, and direct access to guidance from me, every step of the way.
We will meet for one 30 min phone call where we will get very clear on what you want to JumpStart and you will leave with action steps to be done before we meet again. We will then meet 1:1, for 45min every other week, by phone or Zoom for the following six weeks where we work together through your action plan, work through any blocks that arise and absolutely crush your goal!
