Stress Reduction: Get clear on your specific stressors and what triggers the stress response in your body.  Learn simple strategies to lessen stress, such as, meditation, creating structure and routines, exercise and mindset shifts. You will learn techniques that can help you navigate life's challenges with a new framework and a plan.
