Life Happens - Coaching Helps
Life Coaching is a profession that is different from consulting, mentoring or therapy. Life Coaching is helping women achieve personal goals, improve communication, find satisfying work life, and develop more fulfilling relationships and financial security. Together, we examine current situations, uncover obstacles and challenges and design plans that lead to desired outcomes.
Life Coaching is an eye-opening experience. It leads to a world of new possibilities and must be experienced first hand to be fully understood. For this reason, I offer a no-cost ninety minute introductory session where women can sense the power of just one meeting.
In my years of owning a gym and training women, I have found that there is so much more to feeling healthy than simply eating healthy and getting to the gym.
A woman's whole life plays a role in her journey to adapt a healthy life style and feel good in her skin. In Health Coaching you will examine how the good, bad and ugly aspects of life have contributed to your current state. Through this learning you will uncover habits and thoughts that hinder success.
Relationship coaching helps women find greater fulfillment in relationships. Together we set personal and relational goals and learn to better understand and thrive in current relationships. We examine all areas of life and the impact on the relationship.
Women learn to effectively communicate so both partners feel seen and heard, and are equipped with tools that strengthen relationships.
Relationship Coaching can involve one or both partners, but is not couples therapy just as life coaching is not therapy. It is not for couples struggling through trauma; rather it is used for enhancing and strengthening relationships. It helps couples truly enjoy time together.
